Flavour profile
Soft, grassy, earthy and lightly fresh, with subtle notes of citrus and roasted nuts.

Preparation
Fill a gourd or cup about two thirds full with yerba mate. Pour water of roughly 70 to 80°C over the yerba and let it steep briefly. Do not use boiling water, so the flavour stays pleasantly soft.
