Bereidingsadvies
Vul een kalebas of beker voor ongeveer twee derde met yerba mate. Schenk water van ongeveer 70 tot 80°C op de yerba en laat kort intrekken. Niet bereiden met kokend water, om de smaak mooi zacht te houden.
Baldo is produced by the same company as the Canarias brand yerba, and it therefore has many similarities with its more famous yellow cousin. This yerba mate, made in the Uruguayan style since the 1920s, offers a very intense taste experience.
